Morton is an expert in contact center communication channels, CTI, workforce optimization technology, IP telephony, and unified communications. She holds multiple certifications, including Avaya Advanced Solutions Architect, TOGAF 9.1, PMI, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt from COPC.
Before joining CTIntegrations, Morton was a consulting director at Eventus Solutions Group, a specialty consulting firm, and a customer experience consultant with Strategic Products and Services. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Technical Services at Imagine Technologies, where she designed and directed many complex technology integration deployments in the healthcare, government, retail, and service industries. In addition, she has led engineering, presales, and service operations, providing leadership and oversight to contact center integrations and unified communications deployments.
